We are currently working selectively with a small number of early partners whose bank coverage needs can help shape the network. These arrangements may include preferred pricing, rollout support, and prioritized coverage expansion. Commercial terms are set case by case based on implementation scope, feedback quality, and expected volume.
Waycore pricing is simple
Waycore pricing is built on three components that scale with your usage. There are no seat fees, no data export charges, and no surprise invoices.Platform Fee
A monthly base fee for access to the Waycore API, sandbox environment, and support.
Delegated Users
A per-connection fee for each authenticated bank portal session you maintain. Priced by portal complexity.
Execution Events
A per-event fee for write operations (transfers, uploads, and workflow executions) beyond your monthly allowance.
Evaluating Waycore vs. Data AggregatorsWaycore delivers a single integration that works across any bank, anywhere in the world, on demand, without waiting for a catalog update. Contrary to most data aggregators, we support near real-time data, which is a structural requirement for execution, deterministic execution, native commercial features like sweeps and batch reconciliation, human-in-the-loop reliability, and the elimination of support tickets that take months to resolve when aggregator connections break. The relevant comparison is not against an aggregator’s per-call pricing. It is against the fully-loaded cost of manual portal work, broken workflows, and implementation drag when standard APIs fail.See What the alternative really costs.
Core plan
Waycore works with internal finance & ops teams, platforms, accounting firms, treasury products, and ERP partners under the same core pricing model.| Component | Price |
|---|---|
| Platform Fee | $400 / month |
| Standard Portal (delegated user) | $65 / user / month |
| Complex Portal (delegated user) | $115 / user / month |
| Execution Events | $1 / event |
Unlimited sandbox testing included
Right to embed Waycore connectivity
Standard SLA and developer support
What is a Standard vs. Complex Portal?Standard portals use common authentication methods that are relatively straightforward to support and recover in operations, such as email OTP, SMS codes, phone-call verification, and app-based 2FA like Duo or Google Authenticator.Complex portals rely on authentication methods that create more operational overhead or tighter session constraints, such as RSA SecurID, mobile app soft tokens, device-bound approval flows, or other non-standard authentication and session controls. If a portal’s classification is unclear, we assess it during onboarding at no charge.
Enhanced support and escalation paths available separately
Committed-volume pricing available for scaled partners
Broader distribution rights scoped separately where needed

Any write operation initiated through the Waycore API: a transfer submission, a bulk payroll file upload, a user entitlement change, or a scheduled workflow trigger. Read operations (balance checks, transaction exports, statement downloads) are never charged as execution events.
