Overview
American Express National Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Account Manager. This is done through American Express Business Blueprint, where you can invite a new user with their own login credentials and choose what they are allowed to see and do.Bank terminology

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

Enter your PIN or complete Two-Step Verification to confirm your identity.

Enter the required details as prompted by the interface, including the user’s email address.

Select the appropriate access level for the Account Manager. Options typically include

Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
