Overview

Groupe BPCE allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utilisateur. This is done through Cyberplus Entreprise, where you can set up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to your Cyberplus Entreprise web client.From the menu, click on Gestion des utilisateurs, then click Ajouter un utilisateur.
Select the new user from the list of names appearing on the screen.
The user must be previously registered by your bank advisor. If they do not appear, contact your advisor to complete this prerequisite.
Verify the personal data and fill in the email if it is missing.

Choose how to assign rights to the user. You can adopt a profile approach, copy rights from an existing user, or assign custom rights.If using a profile, select one of the following:
  • Profil dirigeant: All consultation, management, and validation rights.
  • Profil comptable: Consultation rights only.
  • Profil préparateur: Consultation and management rights (no validation).
  • Profil valideur: Consultation, management, and validation rights.
Customize the selected profile or custom rights by selecting the relevant accounts and contracts.
Click Confirmer and validate your operation with Sécur’Pass (or another strong authentication method) for instant processing.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Upon their first login, the new user will need to authenticate with Sécur’Pass. Ensure they are equipped with this solution by their advisor.
