Important notes

General Bank of Canada discontinued its online banking portal on October 31, 2023, and replaced it with a Loan Payout Request portal. General Bank of Canada primarily operates two lending product lines: fixed-rate indirect auto financing and commercial lending. It does not appear to offer a traditional business banking portal with delegated user management. The steps above are standard placeholders for a generic setup.
If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
