Overview

Rabobank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Extra gebruiker. This is done through Rabo Business Banking, where you can securely set up a user to access account data without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Rabo Business Banking.From the top navigation, go to: Zelf regelenAutorisatiesGebruikers en autorisaties.
Click Gebruiker toevoegen (Add user).Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Navigate to the user’s authorization settings and assign the appropriate permissions.

Important notes

Rabobank may require the “Vierogenprincipe” (Four-eyes principle), meaning a second admin must approve the new user and permissions before they become active.
If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
