Overview
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Operator or Authorizer. This is done through ICBC Corporate Internet Banking, where you can set up users with their own login credentials and tokens to securely access account data and initiate or approve transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Select the option to add a new user. Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Assign the user’s role based on their required access. Select Operator if the user needs to initiate transactions, or Authorizer if the user is required to approve transactions submitted by an Operator.

Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
