Overview

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Operator or Authorizer. This is done through ICBC Corporate Internet Banking, where you can set up users with their own login credentials and tokens to securely access account data and initiate or approve transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to ICBC Corporate Internet Banking using your User ID, Password, Verification Code, and dynamic password from your token.From the navigation menu, go to the Customer Service section and select the option to manage company details or users.
Select the option to add a new user. Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Assign the user’s role based on their required access. Select Operator if the user needs to initiate transactions, or Authorizer if the user is required to approve transactions submitted by an Operator.
Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete the process.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Creating new users may require submitting a physical Corporate Internet Banking Application Form to your local branch along with identification proof.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
