Overview

Wise allows you to grant access to your accounts by inviting other users. These invited users are called team members. This is done through Wise Business, where you can:
  • add a new user by sending them an email invitation
  • control your team members’ access with custom permissions
  • choose what they can see and do on your account
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Wise Business.Click on your business name in the top-right corner and select Team members and payment approvals.
Click Add team member.Enter the email address of the person you’d like to add.
Select the permissions you’d like them to have.You can expand groups (View account, Move money, Pay with card, Manage team, and Manage account) to add or remove specific permissions, or use the Viewer or Admin presets.
Review their permissions, card permissions and payment approvals. If everything looks good, select Confirm.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Team members may be subject to verification checks once they’re added to the account.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
