Overview

DZ Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorised user. This is done through DZ Banking, where the administrator has full authorisation for the portal view of the respective customer and can grant or revoke authorisations for other users. The initial assignment of roles to portal users is requested via a form sent with the contract.

Setup steps

1. Register employees via form

You must use the form received with your new contract documents to have employees registered as users of DZ Banking. After DZ BANK receives the relevant information provided in the form, the access data (VR NetKey and PIN) will be sent to the address registered with DZ BANK.
Once the user is registered, the administrator can log into the portal to manage their access.Users with the role “Authorised” can see the accounts and companies that have been assigned to them by the administrator. Select the appropriate role and authorisations for the user.

Important notes

The assignment of roles to the portal users is initially defined by you and requested via the form sent with the contract. However, the administrator has full authorisation for the portal view of the respective customer and can grant or revoke authorisations for other users.
If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
