Overview

Swedbank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Användare (user). This is done through Internetbanken Företag, where the company’s administrator can add new users and define their access rights. Depending on the user’s role, you can assign limited access for specific tasks (like paying invoices or managing salaries) or unlimited access to all accounts and services.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to Internetbanken Företag.From the navigation menu, select Användare och behörigheter and then click on Användare i internetbanken.
Click Lägg till användare to start creating the new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
You must choose the appropriate access level for the user. Swedbank offers two main types of access:
  • Begränsad (Limited): Select this if the user should only perform specific tasks, such as paying invoices, transferring money from certain accounts, or managing payroll.
  • Obegränsad (Unlimited): Select this if the user needs full access to all current and future accounts, agreements, and services in the internet bank.
The new user must be approved before they can access the internet bank. The company’s authorized signatory (firmatecknare) must log in and final sign (slutsignera) the new user agreement.

Important notes

If your company has joint representation (två i förening), the new user addition must be co-signed by another authorized signatory before the user can log in.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
