Overview

Credit Mutuel allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Délégué or Mandataire. This is done through CMUT Direct Pro, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and define what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
For a “Mandataire” (user with banking powers), official identity documents may need to be transmitted to the bank and a document may need to be signed (electronically) to formalize the power.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
