Overview

FirstBank Puerto Rico allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a regular user. This is done through Business Digital Banking, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Digital Banking.When selecting the Manage option, click on User.
Enter the required data related to the basic user.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Select the Manage option and select Permits.Select the created user, assign the deposit account to which you will have access to.
Select the product/s for which the user will have access to view account statement images.Select the functionality, in the case of a regular user and Accounts - Account Overview.
Verify the information entered in the previous steps in order to complete the process.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
