Overview

Credit Agricole allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utilisateur. This is done through Portail Entreprises, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and define what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to Portail Entreprises.Navigate to the user management section.
Click the button to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Select the appropriate roles or access levels for the new user based on the available options in the portal.
Review the entered information and confirm the creation of the new user.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
