Overview

Heritage Direct Small Business Online Banking allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through the Admin Manager, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances, conducting transfers, or placing stop payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.
