Overview
Heritage Direct Small Business Online Banking allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through the Admin Manager, where you can:- add a new user with their own login credentials
- choose which accounts they can access
- define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances, conducting transfers, or placing stop payments

Under Enable Service Permissions, select
Accounts.Toggle the settings to allow the user access to all or specific accounts.This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.
