Overview

La Banque Postale allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Mandataire secondaire. This is done through Espace Client Business, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and define what they are allowed to see and do.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Espace Client Business.Navigate to the user management section (often under Réglages et personnalisation).
Click to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Select the appropriate access levels and permissions for the user.
Review the setup and click the confirmation button to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
