Overview

Permanent TSB allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Business24 User (also referred to as a Mandated Business24 User or Authorised User). This process is not fully available online. To add a new user with their own login credentials and specific account permissions, an Authorised Signatory must visit a local branch to complete the required registration or update forms.

Setup steps

1. Visit your local branch

Adding a new user to Business24 requires an Authorised Signatory to visit a local Permanent TSB branch.
Request and complete a new Business24 registration form or a Business Account Information Update Form.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface or form.
Submit the completed form along with any required supporting documentation, such as proof of address and form of identification, to the branch advisor.

Important notes

Adding a new user to Business24 requires visiting a local branch to complete a Business24 registration form. There is no fully online self-service way to add a new user.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
