Overview

SoFi Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User. This is done through SoFi Big Business Banking, where you can securely set up a user to access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to the SoFi Big Business Banking portal.Navigate to the user management section of the interface.
Click the button to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Assign the appropriate access levels or permissions as required by your organization’s needs.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
