Overview

ICICI Bank India allows existing Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) customers to grant view-only access to their accounts by adding a new User via the Channel Registration Form (CRF). This is done by submitting the signed form to your base branch or Solution Manager at ICICI Bank. The user receives login credentials for cibnext.icici.bank.in and can view balances and statements without transaction rights.

Setup steps

1. Download the Channel Registration Form

Download the Channel Registration Form from ICICI Bank’s website.
On the form, enter the user’s Name, Email, and Mobile number.In the access section, tick View (under “CIB and Mobile Banking”) — not Transaction.
Our team will provide the exact details to enter. Please use them exactly as provided.
Have an Authorised Signatory sign the form and submit it to your base branch or Solution Manager at ICICI Bank.ICICI will provision the User ID and send credentials to the user.

Important notes

This guide covers view-only access for existing CIB customers. If you also need to grant transaction (payment) access, ICICI requires an additional Board Resolution / POA — see ICICI’s Get User ID for CIB page.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
