Overview

WSFS Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Business Online Banking, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Banking.From the top navigation, go to: AdministrationCompany Administration.
Click Create New User.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Click Continue to save the new user.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
