Overview

Haventree Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User. This is done through the Online Portal, where you can set up a user that can securely access account data without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Request user access

Contact Haventree Bank support or your relationship manager to request access for a new user in the Online Portal.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

Haventree Bank primarily focuses on mortgages and GICs and may not offer traditional business banking or delegated user features. The above steps are generic and may not apply.
If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
