Overview

Bunq allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Employee / Co-Founder. This is done through bunq app, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to bunq app.From the top navigation, go to: HomeSelect Bank AccountSettingsGranted Access To
Click Grant Access.Enter the user’s details:

Select the account or accounts this user should access.
This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.

The above example corresponds to read only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.
Review the setup and click Grant Access to complete.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Shared Access is based on a payment account, so you cannot give access to your overall Business profile using Shared Access. For full profile access, you must add them as a Co-Founder.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
