Overview

Texas Capital Bank allows a Primary System Administrator (PSA) to grant access to BankNow Treasury Services by creating a new User. This process involves selecting from pre-defined User Role Templates and assigning the necessary features, such as CreditNow or other banking services. In some cases, setting up a new User may also require the Primary System Administrator to order and assign an RSA SecurID software token for secure login.
