Overview

First Financial Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a new User. This is done through f1RSTNAVIGATOR, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and define what they are allowed to see and do. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to f1RSTNAVIGATOR.Navigate to the user administration section to add a new user.
Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Assign User Roles to establish the appropriate level of access for the new user.
Complete the setup process as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

First Financial Bank supports dual control. Ensure the appropriate roles are assigned if dual control is required. A hardware token may be required for certain administrative actions.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
