Overview
Northern Trust Company allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a user. This is done through Treasury Passport, where a Security Administrator can add a new user, edit their demographics, and assign them to specific profiles that define their permissions.Bank terminology

Setup steps
1. Navigate to user management

Under Profile Membership, click a profile link.Click the
Member check box next to a profile to either select or unselect that profile.Click Save.4. Approve administration changes (if required)

On the Treasury Passport menu, under User Administration, select
Pending Approval.Select Approve for each individual profile change or membership addition.Click Save.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
