Overview
East West Bank allows Company Administrators to grant access to your accounts by creating an additional online banking user (company user). This is done through businessBridge®Premier, where you can securely set up a user to access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login credentials.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Create a New User.Enter the user’s details:| Field | Notes |

Locate the user, click the dropdown menu, and select
Edit User.In Step 2 of the Edit User process, check the System Administrator box if you want to allow the new user to create and manage Users.Select Custom and click on Set Approvals to determine the types of activities this user can authorize (e.g., Templates Approver, Payments Approver), or select None to prevent the user from approving transactions.Click Submit to proceed.4. Custom and click on Set Limits to input additional thresholds (sub-limits) for this user, or select Unlimited.Define the maximum amount for the corresponding transaction this user can create, the approval limit, and the cumulative maximum amount the user can process in one day.Click Submit to proceed.5. Custom and click on Set Access to restrict the user from signing on during specific periods of the day, or select Unlimited to allow access on any day at any time.Click Submit to proceed.6. Assign account access

Set Account Access to proceed.Select the access level (Custom, Full, or None) for each account. If Custom is selected, click Set Custom Access to select the types of activities this user can perform with this account.Click Save to proceed.7. Set functional access

Set Functional Access to proceed.Grant the user No Access, View Only Access, or the capability to View & Transact for specific services (e.g., Wire Templates, ACH, Wire Payments, Internal Transfers, Bill Pay).Click Submit and then Done to proceed.8. Approve the user profile

If Dual Control is enabled, another authorized Company Administrator must log in.Click on
Users to proceed, then click on the pending approval status.Review the entitlements to ensure appropriate access is allocated, and click Approve to proceed.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
