Overview
Julius Baer allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an additional e-Banking contract. Because Julius Baer operates as a private bank, adding a new user is typically a high-touch process that involves submitting physical forms rather than a fully self-service online flow.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Reach out to your Julius Baer Relationship Manager to request an
additional e-Banking contract for the new user.2. Complete the required application form

Your Relationship Manager will provide a physical or digital “Baer*Online e-banking user to be authorised” form.Enter the required details as prompted by the form.

Once the bank processes the application, the new user will receive their
User ID and initial password. They can then activate their contract via the Julius Baer Mobile App or e-Banking portal.Important notes
