Overview
First Foundation Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Commercial Online, where you can add a new user, manage their services, and define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Payments section, manage this user’s access to the following categories:- ACH
- Wires
- Account Transfers
- Integrated Payables
- Payee Maintenance
- Import Maintenance
- Stop Payments
- Mobile Deposits
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
