Overview

ICICI Bank Canada allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized Signatory, View Only User, or Data Entry User. This is done through Corporate Internet Banking, where you can submit an application form to add users with specific access rights.

Setup steps

1. Complete the application form

Download and fill out the “APPLICATION FORM FOR ACCESS TO CORPORATE INTERNET BANKING”.Select the appropriate request type:
  • Addition of Authorized Signatory for CIB Access
  • Addition of View only access
  • Addition of Data Entry only access
Enter the required details for the person being added:

Middle Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Home Address
If adding an Authorized Signatory, select the mode of operation:
  • Sole Authority
  • Joint Authority with another Authorized Signatory
  • Joint Authority with multiple Authorized Signatories
The Account Holder must sign the acknowledgment.Print, sign, and mail the completed form to ICICI Bank Canada at the address provided on the form.

Important notes

All access to the account is subject to the Account Terms & Conditions for Online access, completed by the Account holder.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
