Overview

Lombard Odier allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an authorized user. This process enables a designated individual to access account data securely through the My LO portal.

Setup steps

1. Access user management

Sign in to the My LO portal.Navigate to the user administration section to begin adding a new user.
Click the button to add a new user.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Review the entered information and click the confirmation button to complete the user creation process.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
