Overview

Renasant Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a new User. This is done through the User Administration page, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials, choose which accounts they can access, and assign them specific roles and locations.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to User Administration

Select Administration from the menu bar at the top of the screen to access the User Administration page.
In the left pane, select the add icon (+) to update the right pane with the options for adding a new user.Enter the required details for the user:

Full NameThe full name for the user
EmailUsed for password resets and system emails
TimezoneSelect the appropriate timezone for the user’s location
Date FormatSelect the appropriate date format
Time FormatSelect the appropriate time format
ScannerSelect a default scanner for the user
Phone NumbersSelect Add to enter a Name, Country Code, Phone Number, and Ext
Select the more icon (...) for the Roles section to open the Select Roles window.Select the roles you want to assign to the user, or select the menu icon and then Select All to assign all roles. Select Done to save your selections.
Select the more icon (...) for the Locations section to open the Select Locations window.Select the locations you want to assign to the user. Select Done to save your selections.
Select the more icon (...) for the Accounts section to open the Select Accounts window.Select the accounts you want to assign to the user. Select Done to save your selections.
When finished, select Save to create the new user profile.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
