Overview

Bank of America allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a General User. This is done through CashPro, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Dual administration is required for setting up users and entitlements. A Primary Administrator must create the user and set entitlements, and a second administrator must review and approve the changes. MFA tokens are required. Bank of America does not permit servicing teams to process requests for wires sent through email or fax.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
