Overview

Tangerine Bank business accounts function primarily as business savings accounts and do not feature a standard business banking portal with granular delegated user management. Instead, you can grant access by adding a Joint Account holder. A joint Tangerine Account allows two or more clients to manage and use the same account equally. This process requires both individuals to be Tangerine clients and involves a phone-based setup.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Tangerine Bank business accounts are essentially business savings accounts and do not offer full operating bank account features like Interac e-Transfers, EFTs, or bill payments. Delegated user management may be extremely limited or non-existent for business savings accounts, requiring joint account setup instead.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
