Overview

Mediobanca Premier allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an utente. This is done through the Area Clienti Business portal using the Gestione multiutenza feature, which allows multiple users per company to have personal access to operate independently.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Area Clienti Business.Locate the Gestione multiutenza section to manage users.
Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Select the appropriate permissions for the user as prompted by the interface.

Important notes

Mediobanca Premier uses Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) which requires a personal smartphone or device for login and transaction authorization.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
