Overview

Manulife Bank of Canada allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a Signing Officer. This is done by submitting a form to update signing officer information, which gives the new user their own digital banking credential to create an individual Manulife ID and access digital banking.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to update signing officer information

Access the necessary form to update your Business Advantage account.There are two options to update signing officer information: through your advisor or independently.
Enter the required details as prompted by the form.
Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Submit the completed form to Manulife Bank of Canada to process the addition of the new signing officer.

Important notes

Adding a new signing officer is a manual process that requires submitting forms either independently or through your advisor. The new signing officer will receive their own digital banking credential and can create their individual Manulife ID to access digital banking.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
