Overview

The Cooperative Bank allows you to grant access to your business accounts by creating a Sub-User. This is done through Business Digital Banking, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as drafting payments or managing templates
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.
