Overview
The Cooperative Bank allows you to grant access to your business accounts by creating a Sub-User. This is done through Business Digital Banking, where you can:- add a new user with their own login credentials
- choose which accounts they can access
- define what they are allowed to see and do, such as drafting payments or managing templates

Setup steps

+ Grant Access to Accounts link to select the account or accounts this user should access.This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.

Review the setup and click

Before a sub-user can make ACH or wire transfers, they must be added to a company.Go to the
Business Banking tab, then click Company Management.
Select a company.
Scroll down and click the + Add Sub-Users link.
Use the drop-down to select the sub-user.
Select which features the sub-user will have access to.
Click Save, then click Save All.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
