Overview

Nordea Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a user. This is done through Corporate Netbank Administration, where you can:
  • add a new user with their own login credentials
  • choose which accounts they can access
  • define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments
You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Log in to Corporate Netbank Administration.From the left-hand menu, go to: AdministrationCreate user
Enter the user’s details:

Our team will provide the exact details to use for this user. Please enter them exactly as provided to ensure the setup completes successfully.
Click Save.
Select the service and click Select to view available accounts.Select the account or accounts this user should access.

The above example corresponds to read only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable Key in and Confirm correspondingly.
Select Confirm from the left-hand menu to view the users that have changes awaiting confirmation.Select the user and click Continue followed by Confirm. Confirm the changes with your authentication method.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
Giving Key in rights, Confirm rights, or expanding account rights beyond view rights requires confirmation by an administrator with confirm alone rights.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
