Overview
Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through F&M Business Online Banking, where you can:- add a new user with their own login credentials
- define what they are allowed to see and do using granular permissions
- choose which accounts they can access

Setup steps

The system uses granular permissions. You must individually configure the user’s entitlements by selecting specific transaction types and assigning rights.

The above example corresponds to read-only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.

Navigate to the
Accounts tab to specifically designate the user’s rights for each individual account.This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.
Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
