Overview
First Horizon Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through BusinessConnect, where you can:- add a new user with their own login credentials
- choose which accounts they can access
- define what they are allowed to see and do, such as viewing balances or initiating payments

In the Assign Accounts section, either mark the
Assign All Accounts box or click in the blank field and select the account(s) desired.This must be done for each account individually. If skipped, the user will not see any accounts.

Review the setup and click
Add User to complete.
Then, the new user record must be approved. Go to the User Maintenance widget, find the new user, click the View actions drop down, and click Approve.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
