Overview

PlainsCapital Bank allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating an Authorized User. This is done through Business Online Services, where you can add a new user with their own login credentials and define what they are allowed to see and do.

Setup steps

1. Navigate to user management

Sign in to Business Online Services.From the top navigation, navigate to the user administration or management section to create a user.
Click the Create User function or button.Enter the required details as prompted by the interface.
Assign the appropriate rights and Treasury Management Services for the Authorized User.Depending on the rights assigned to them, users will have access to balance reporting, account history information, and different Treasury Management Services for which the Customer is enrolled.

Important notes

If no account access is assigned, the user will see no data.
PlainsCapital Bank requires all customers performing ACH and Wire transactions through Business Online Services to utilize an out-of-band physical token for transaction approval. The physical tokens are assigned to all ACH and Wire approvers upon execution of appropriate documentation.
PlainsCapital Bank strongly recommends that Dual Administrative Approval be selected for the purposes of creating or modifying the rights of Authorized Users of Business Online Services.
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
