Overview
BOKF (Bank of Oklahoma) allows you to grant access to your accounts by creating a User. This is done through Exchange, where Administrators can create and modify company user access to the system. You will be setting up a user that can securely access account data and initiate transactions without sharing your primary login.Bank terminology

Setup steps

Products are grouped into categories. Click the slider bar next to the products the user is to have permission for (e.g., Online Statements, Payments and Reporting).Additional steps to the user setup process are necessary for most products once selected. You must assign specific permissions and accounts for each selected service.For example, if Payments & Reporting is selected:

The above example corresponds to
read only functionality. If you want to enable Waycore to draft transactions on the portal, you should enable payments, approvals, and limits correspondingly.4. Finalize

Once all permissions, accounts, and settings are complete, click
Save to finalize the setup.Important notes
Use one user per account if separate connections are required.
